Boston Dog Rescue Inc, ("BDR") is an all-volunteer organization funded entirely by adoption fees and donations from caring individuals. Any donation made to BDR goes directly towards the care of our rescue dogs. Here is an idea of what your monetary contribution can do for a rescued dog:

$25-basic shelter pull fee
$30-one month of dog food
$50-basic vaccinations for one dog
$100-spay/neuter for one dog
$200-basic vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test and other necessary tests

In many cases, BDR takes in dogs that need more than basic vaccinations. Some dogs need heartworm treatment and surgery due to an injury. No dog that BDR agrees to take in will ever be denied treatment due to lack of funds, instead, BDR has to limit intake and deny some dogs the second chance at life, which is why your donations are greatly appreciated.

Additionally, BDR is always looking for the following supplies for our dogs:

• Leashes/Collars (all sizes)
• Dog beds/Blankets
• Treats/Bones
• Toys (sturdy and long-lasting)
• Gift cards to local Boston grooming shops
